I am most passionate about helping you suffer less in daily life. My goal is to empower you to get your needs met and to have more victory over anxiety and depression and all the daily inner challenges you might be facing at different stages of life. I specialize in motherhood self-care as well as helping women to learn how to prioritize themselves and decrease guilt. You are deserving of kindness and nurturing and for your boundaries to be respected. My clients can tell you that there is a road that eventually leads to less suffering and more joy.
For 20 years, I have provided inclusive, holistic, culturally competent healing to those experiencing traumas in various life stages. I am passionate about anxiety and motherhood and am a PSI certified perinatal mental health provider and lactation counselor. I also specialize in and enjoy family systems, attachment relationships, and mother wound.
You know yourself best, and I will take the time to educate myself on your unique experience while offering a safe space for you to process and breathe. I work from a trauma-informed lens and I especially enjoy helping others feel heard and seen.
