Together we can reach your goals of building upon the resilience you have and adjusting any beliefs and patterns of behavior that are causing you distress in order to help you learn how to better navigate the challenges of life.

I develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients built on respect, openness, and trust to create a treatment plan for change and healing. I offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered approach and seek to be specifically affirming to clients who identify with marginalized populations.
