Connected Moms: Postpartum Group for Moms
*A virtual group for moms with babies 0-1 year of age* Group Support for New + “New Again” Moms ! Join Connective Psychologist, Dr. Nina Eisenberg, and a community of other moms to share your experiences, receive non-judgmental support, and gain tools and resources to help you through the postpartum chapter. Group support can ease feelings of isolation and overwhelm that are common for many during this period. Together, we will navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes of this major life change. Session content will include a weekly topic, facilitated discussion, occasional guest speakers, and opportunities for support and Q&A. Starts October 17th!
