I utilize empathy and compassion to provide clients with a safe space where they can feel comfortable in exploring their feelings. I specialize in helping individuals cope with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief and loss, as well as trauma.

I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion and that the therapeutic relationship is crucial for creating change.
