As a compassionate therapist, I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating through challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, grief, and relational conflicts. Drawing from the transformative Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model, I empower clients to cultivate curiosity, calm, creativity, clarity, courage, compassion, and connectedness within themselves and their relationships. Additionally, I integrate Restoration Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to tailor treatment to each individual's needs. I aim to guide clients on a journey towards enhanced well-being and healing.
I especially enjoy serving clients 12 yo and older. Specifically, individuals who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, and "Self-work." Additionally, I love to work with couples seeking pre-marital counseling.
