Hi, I'm Jenavieve, an LCSW with over 17 years of experience. I work with First Responders, Veterans, and adults (18-60) that have experienced traumatic events. I work best with individuals who are motivated and ready to work through and unpack their wounds, regrets, shame, hurt. I provide a safe place to connect and ensure that a trusting environment is in place before we begin to do the heavy work. If you're ready, please give me a call. My counseling style is direct, no nonsense, honest, and supportive. We work together to identify what is keeping you from moving forward. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and use various modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Solution Focused techniques. I received my training through the VA, and my approach is trauma informed.
