I specialize in working with parents and teens ages 14 + with challenging behaviours, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and addictions issues.

Through counselling and education I empower youth and their families to foster confidence, emotional well-being and resiliency. My goal is to help families discover the tools they can use to build or rebuild a solid, honest, and trusting relationship while learning healthy coping strategies and communication skills.
