I believe in creativity as a lightning rod for inspiration. As a musician and creative myself, I have seen how tapping into our artistic selves can open a new wide vista for expression and serenity. I stress the importance of connection in this increasingly disconnected world, and we’ll find methods that will grow your connections with others and yourself.
I focus on grief and loss, depression, addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I am here to walk beside my clients and help them understand their massive potential.
