I work with people across the lifespan to achieve their fullest potential. Many adults come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationships issues; lacking satisfaction in their personal or professional lives; or wrestling with life transitions (kids, marriage, aging, divorce, grief and loss, etc.). Young adults & teens need help navigating complex social terrain, managing stress, and risky behaviors while their parents benefit from guidance and support. I work with all populations, but have been working largely with artists and creatives for 20 years, and intimately understand their inherent pain points and challenges.
I focus on what lies beneath problematic behaviors & painful feelings while simultaneously building skills needed to change and grow. I integrate CBT with solution focused approaches, tailoring interventions to your unique situation. Lastly, in tandem with Journey Clinical, I can offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD and more.
I'm warm, casual and easy to talk to. I work with all populations, but tend to specialize in creatives and artists. I offer evidenced-based, results-oriented interventions and tools, combined with informed perspectives and honest guidance (always with 100% confidentiality).
