I have years of training and experience helping those with mental health concerns that hold people back from meeting their full potential. I have 3 years of training in Advanced Psychodynamic through The Wayne Institute and Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. My practice tailors our approach to healing in the way that which will best meet your needs. My goal is to meet you where you are- together we will come to the resolution you are seeking.

I have training in Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and use a variety of approaches. I have experience in Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Supportive Therapies. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which utilizes eye movements and desensitization, to treat trauma and promote self actualization

I strive to create a safe, comfortable, stress-free environment to share your thoughts and concerns. I hope that we can work together towards creative solutions to your goals.
