I love hearing the stories of others and helping them become their best self.
I have experience in Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and Play Therapy. Treatment focuses on positive approaches, building self esteem and increasing coping skills to help individuals overcome life obstacles they have, are or will encounter.
