As humans, we are familiar with how unpredictable and unkind life can be. As scary as change can be, feeling stuck in the same place is too. Perhaps you are overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, or you find yourself judging your emotions. I enjoy meeting clients where they are, without judgment. I help clients identify and process their emotions so they are able to be present, discover personal freedom, and heal. I assist clients in expanding self-awareness, so they are able to lead their own meaningful and authentic lives through closer examination, acceptance, and understanding of the choices they make.
As a therapist, I truly believe the most profound healing takes place when our experiences are shared and honored with someone we trust. I specialize in life transitions, LGBTQIA+, grief and loss, existential concerns, depression, anxiety, and identity exploration. Our focus will be on your specific needs.
