Accepting new clients! Listen, self-discovery and growth can be challenging but it is well worth it. I support my clients on their journey, and provide insight that enables reflection on thoughts & behaviors that no longer serve one’s wellness. Encouragement and empathy are foundational to the counseling relationship I build with clients. My aim is to spotlight client strengths, increase self-confidence, and bolster client self-worth, leaving no room for judgement. My goal is for each client to leave their session undergirded with courage and empowerment as they process each step of their growth.
