Seeking help and healing is a courageous task. So glad you landed here! I work with individuals undergoing a variety of challenges. A few of the areas I specialize in are trauma (and all symptoms that stem from this), LGBTQIA+ difficulties/discrimination/identity, religious abuse, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism/etc.), and fertility/postpartum/parenting. I also offer psychological assessments, which give an abundance of helpful information about personality, behaviors, self-understanding, and conflict management styles.
Whether you’ve experienced a one-time distressing event, or went through chronic and persistent difficulties growing up, we can work together to alleviate symptoms so you can reclaim your life and truly thrive. The most important aspect of therapy is safety, and I work hard to ensure that you might feel a sense of comfort and safety within our setting.
