I’ve found that most of my clients are looking to explore themselves in a sophisticated way. They describe themselves as “living on autopilot." They can manage stress but are having difficulty really getting to know the core of who they are or what they want in life. My goal is to help you both resolve symptoms and impart meaning to your experiences.
My work is a unique interweaving of relational psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and family systems. This modality caters well to those looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. In therapy, we would explore how past and current intrapersonal and relational experiences have impacted the development of your present-day self.
