I specialize in treating OCD and Anxiety related disorders which I have extensive experience working with in treatment centers and helping clients through Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and ACT. These same principles can also be very effective at managing depression. I'm here to help you get unstuck, get out of your head, and into your life.
