I specialize in working with individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and Trauma. I have extensive experience providing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD/anxiety, and I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a trauma modality.
