I can help you and your pre-teen/teen identify the issues that are interfering with their life as well as teach them adaptive coping skills.

I draw from few therapeutic techniques that align to your unique needs. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) are just a few specialities I use to aid people in exploring their past and uncovering underlying patterns that impact their lives.

No matter what issues are bringing you into therapy, I can provide a compassionate and understanding space to help you pave a path of growth and healing. I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish.
