Under the supervision of Dr. Eboni Webb, Psy.D. and senior DBT staff members, I can offer services to a range of clients (teens, parents, and adults) including individual counseling, phone coaching, and specialized skills groups.
My areas of special interest and focus are: anxiety, depression, perfectionism, existential and spiritual issues, religious/spiritual trauma, artistic/creative issues, grief and loss, chronic pain, sexual health, and men’s issues. I consider myself a sex positive, kink aware, poly informed professional who is affirming of all gender and sexual orientations.

Groups
Online DBT Parenting Skills Group
This group will focus on teaching parents highly specific skills to increase their parenting effectiveness. The topics of instruction will include all four of the core DBT skills modules to increase parent’s Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills, and how to effectively name, explain, and model those skills for their children.
