Online DBT Parenting Skills Group

This group will focus on teaching parents highly specific skills to increase their parenting effectiveness. The topics of instruction will include all four of the core DBT skills modules to increase parent’s Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills, and how to effectively name, explain, and model those skills for their children.
