Curious about your parts? Interested in IFS? I specialize in working with young adults discussing topics like: school, work, dating, family, friends, body image, alcohol, etc. I also specialize in grief, trauma, relationships, and parenting. Further, one of my favorite types of work is providing IFS therapy for therapists including associate therapists gaining hours. I offer both in person (West LA) and virtual sessions, and I have limited openings for new clients. I have experience working with a wide array of identities including: LGBTQ+ affirmative, BIPOC allied, health at every size, and neurodivergent allied.
