NOT taking new clients. I see therapy a as the unfolding of a unique relationship that creates the safety needed to explore the vulnerable, often unseen aspects of ourselves (and parts of ourselves that we might not yet even know about). Change is slow as we develop deeper awareness of our ways of relating, thinking, and feeling, and discover new ways of being in the world. I see our early attachments as central to our development and worldview, as well as the culture in which we are embedded. I seek to provide a space in which we can be real together in a culture that so often asks us to mask.

Human life is a challenge for us all, both because of factors on the outside of us and factors on the inside of us. We will never have it all figured out. But we can nurture aspects of ourselves that help us feel more alive, whole, and capable of navigating this world.

I am also trained in a somatic approach called Psychedelic Somatic Integrational Psychotherapy. This approach utilizes legal psychedelic medicine, knowledge of the human response to trauma, and a safe, secure presence, creating a space for stuck emotions and physical patterns to emerge and resolve.
