Clients who work with me are looking to engage in deeper, somatic psychotherapy combined with Integrative medicine. We offer integrative approaches such as Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, far infrared sauna, vibroacoustic therapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), Alpha Stim, light therapy, ear seeding & sound therapies all in one place.

Adult adoptee support group
Group for adoptees to help relieve the social isolation of the experience. Adoption has an intersectionality inherent in the experience and involves a lifetime of coming to terms in many ways which can include identity, taking up space, abandonment and many other non-mainstream experiences. This is a place to debrief with like minded people, those who also have lived experience.
