Welcome! My clients are often caught in a web of anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients have experienced difficult events and relationships, from parents to partners, and wonder "Why does this keep happening?" I can help you answer these questions and work to build the life you want. I also work with people who manage chronic health conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, and other invisible, chronic conditions. Chronic conditions can be overwhelming and isolating. I can support you in processing the hard feelings that often accompany chronic conditions.
I use evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR, parts work, and attachment-based therapy. I'm an empathetic listener and I also ask questions, provide feedback, and share a laugh with you. I hope to empower you and to work toward healing your past and finding joy in the present.
