My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can work together toward your goals. In our work together, I will use a combination of research-based approaches that are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My specialty areas are working with adolescents and their families, sex and gender minority individuals and healing trauma and mood disorders.
I have specialized training and 20+ years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and their families. I also specialize with sexual and gender minority individuals. I treat adults who are struggling with mood disorders, life transitions, and trauma (EMDR certified) and have many years of training and experience working with couples.

DBT Coping Group for Teen Girls
**Temporarily on hold until it is safe to be in a group again*** This group is a dialectical behavior therapy skills group for teen girls (14-16 years old) who struggle to cope with strong emotions. How do you know if this group is a good fit for your child? If she is showing any of the following: frequent mood changes, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and/or lacking in positive coping skills.
