I got into therapy so I could help people end the cycles detracting from their fullest potential in life. So many of us plug through the day with nasty negative thoughts about ourselves, leaving us drained of energy and an incapacity to be mindful and present with each other. Using EMDR, mindfulness, and a heavy dose of humanity and empathy, I help my clients obtain the changes they seek in order to be the best versions of themselves. My style is thoughtful, witty, intentional, and comfortable and I'm always happy to help those who are ready to help themselves grow!
Attachment based EMDR tackles the negative thoughts in our brain that we obtained through childhood experiences (some small and innocuous, some big and traumatic). These thoughts impact our reactions to trauma, relationships, ourselves, our professions, and life in general; and EMDR helps to change a negative perception of self into a positive one.
