I'm glad you are here! Coming to therapy isn’t always easy, so if this is your first time, or you are looking for a new therapeutic experience, I’ll help you feel comfortable, safe, and confident about our work together. I am passionate about working with individuals who are considering how positive change can impact their lives. Together, we will uncover the behaviors and feelings that have kept you stuck - stuck in your life, your relationships, and work or school. My style is friendly, personable, engaged, and supportive. We can kick off our shoes and sip coffee or tea while we talk.

I offer individual counseling with a focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, health challenges, and relationship difficulties across the lifespan. If you are facing these challenges, I will work with you to reduce your emotional distress through empathetic and evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and psychodynamic.

I enjoy connecting with adults of all ages, especially young adults and "quarterlifers" working to figure out their lives, relationships, and careers. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we can work to achieve your goals.
