Struggling with depression, the loss of a loved one or a relationship, career dissatisfaction, or just overall stagnation in your life can be extremely isolating. My intention is to help you feel less alone as you navigate these times and to help you know and love yourself better. I work with people who are trying to make sense of their existence, what it means to be human, to suffer, to heal and grow. People wanting to live a more authentic life but aren't sure what's holding them back. I offer a space to explore your inner world as a step in the process of becoming more conscious and aware of what makes life meaningful to you.

My counseling approach begins by building a trusting and genuine relationship with clients. I integrate specific therapeutic interventions to best serve each client and presenting concern. Together, we will discover the patterns that lead you to feel stuck, isolated and stressed. There is a path to healing for everyone, we will work together to find yours.

I offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss your reasons for seeking counseling and to give you a sense of how we would work together. We will discuss next steps and schedule our first session. If, for whatever reason, we decide you would be better served by another counselor I can provide you with referrals.
