It is my goal to create a warm welcoming environment for you to do just that. With openness & non judgement, I help you take where you are and evolve it into something that you feel excited about through mindfulness, energy psychology, and CBT practices. Symptoms are just messengers and when we extract the message, you set yourself free.

Deep work does not have to feel heavy nor does it have to take years. Shift is available to you and client's often report feeling lighter even after the initial session.
