Welcome! As a Marriage and Family Therapist I specialize in deep relational work with couples to help them rediscover and cultivate a state of healthy connection and intimacy. We all know how fulfilling a strong partnership or marriage can be and also how challenging! Whether you and your partner need help with communication, family, parenting, ongoing conflict, or a breach of trust, I will provide you with the guidance you need to create lasting change in your relationship. My clients tell me I have a warm, genuine, down-to-earth style that puts them at ease, and helps even those new to therapy to feel seen, heard, and understood.

I utilize the highly effective Relational Life Therapy model (RLT) to provide my clients with the framework and skills they need to break free from the stale, disconnected patterns that they can become caught in. I also draw upon my knowledge of mindfulness practice and neuroscience, and upon my own 32 years of marriage and family life to benefit my clients.

I know that reaching out can feel vulnerable, but I will be right there with you as you learn to turn towards yourself and the ones you love with greater insight, compassion, and understanding.
