In my practice, I aim to create a space where you are listened to deeply, free from judgment and closed-mindedness so you can openly express yourself without inhibition.
I am a psychodynamic therapist, meaning that I engage the people I work with as co-investigators in trying to decipher how one's psychological or emotional problems are related to hidden conflicts and desires. Progress in therapy often results from a radical change in perspective, which is why I've found psychedelic-assisted therapy useful for some people.
There is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy. I tailor my approach to each individual or couple's needs. I believe we all have a hard-wired capacity for connection and healing, and that together we can activate that capacity so rapid growth and change can follow.
