I have a holistic, client-centered, intuitive and direct approach. Having battled my own anxiety and depression, I use many techniques that have been helpful on my own journey, including mindfulness-based tools, CBT, and relational psychotherapy. I also provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
I work with folks to promote growth in areas including self-confidence, distress tolerance, effective communication of needs, and self-awareness. I help identify patterns in your relationships that are no longer working and collaborate with you in developing new, more effective ways of relating to yourself and others.
