As a therapist I have honed the skill of generating creative solutions through traditional talk therapies and with expressive art. Through guided meditation, intuitive art making, therapeutic writing, and dreamwork, I can teach you how to use your own creativity as a tool for self-discovery, expression, and most importantly, integration and healing!
The Expressive Arts process is a collaboration between therapist and client. And its goals are about optimum well-being, rather than diagnosis or dysfunction.
