WARMTH & SPACE. I welcome those who are feeling purposeless, those who may feel they are going through the motions and/or feeling emotionally flooded or numbed out. For those who've been strong, you've been strong far too long. Now is your time to be heard, listened to and experience hope again. I am EMDR trained and specialize in trauma, abuse, neglect, grief/loss, abandonment, and issues self-medicating. I have over 19 years clinical experience working with kids, teens, adults and families in the recovery and healing process. My style is to address issues with clarity and compassion.
I have practiced in the United States and Great Britain with children, teens, and adults struggling with symptoms from past and present trauma, issues with childhood neglect and abuse, crisis, depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance abuse, bipolar, sexual abuse and acculturation issues.
Arrive 5 minutes before your in-person appt. time. Bring a valid photo ID. Sessions are 50 minutes. Doxy.me or Psychology Today is the HIPPA compliant medical platform used for Telehealth.
