I have worked with anxiety, eating disorders, depression, and relationship problems for over 20 years I am also a certified Meditation teacher. I specialize in using the Gottman method for couples counseling. I am passionate in what I do and love helping people everyday. I also offer EMDR therapy which helps with trauma and dysregulated memories.
