Positive Psychology Series. This weekly presentation will cover how you can improve your life satisfaction in 21- days by using the tools of Positive Psychology. Mental and physical health is the foundation to being the best in your personal and professional life. Each week the 30-minute presentation will focus on the tools to create a wellness lifestyle. In addition to the presentation, each participant will schedule an individual thirty-minute zoom session.
