But unprocessed emotions from our past drive compulsive, self-defeating behaviors that impede our personal fulfillment. The more emotionally self-aware we can be and the more we can align with our true core purpose, the happier and more joy-filled our life can be.
I primarily focus on men's issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, addictions (alcohol, substances, sex, pornography, social media, gaming), parenting, divorce, emotional abuse, and authentic masculinity. I also work with similar women's issues and couples.
