I will challenge your long-held beliefs and habits in therapy and encourage your honest self-reflection, but always with elements of humor and compassion.
I use evidence-based therapy approaches, and I emphasize putting words and thoughts into practice. I value your already-existing strengths and will encourage you to lean on and develop them. I want to create an authentic working relationship together in which you are able to examine your deeply personal experiences with a feeling of trust and safety.
