I work with pre-teens, teens + women in their 20's who are navigating issues like: anxiety, depression, loneliness, guilt + shame, low self-worth, feeling stuck, and overthinking all the things. I'm passionate about helping young people heal, grow + become who God created them to be. I believe in the potential every person has to be a light in the world, namely through safe relationship that allows them to see their own sweetness, face their own darkness, and experience themselves as fully + forever loved. Think of me as your millennial big sister! I'm here to listen, hold space for you, and offer guidance + insight when helpful.
My therapy approach is holistic - engaging body, mind + spirit - and is informed by neuroscience, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and CBT. Therapy with me includes somatic practices, emotion exploration, storytelling, identifying thought patterns, psycho-education, and practical skills. I'm a follower of Jesus + love to incorporate faith if you desire that.
