I truly believe that we have the innate capacity to heal ourselves, & within us, the keys necessary to accessing our own true nature. We can be cut off from our own wisdom, preventing us from accessing & recognizing our strengths, our gifts, our love, our joy - the very essence of what we have to offer the world. My role as therapist is supportive and collaborative, towards helping you to discover...& recover...missing or lost pieces. I employ an intersectional lens to my areas of interest which include identity work, spirituality, trans & LGBQI issues, grief & loss, anxiety, & depression.
I am trained as an art therapist, and received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University. Creativity is a powerful ally - I offer it in my work for its potential to generate fresh approaches to problems and stuckness in ways that talk therapy alone can't always address.
