While I serve all, I have a special interest serving the LGBTQAI+ community, specifically gender diverse individuals. My practice specializes in trauma recovery, mood disorders, Queer issues, attachment wounds, life transitions, spiritual narratives, and stress management.
I use integrative psychotherapy as a treatment modality which seeks to unite emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological systems within a person. My interventions have an emphasis on mindfulness, somatic embodiment, lived experience, authenticity, reclaiming power, and recognition of the human condition in all its complexity.
