I use Somatic Psychology, a form of body-oriented therapy that uses techniques and holistic approaches, to help people deal with various forms of trauma from daily life stressors to major life incidents. My goal is to help others alleviate suffering so that they may feel more whole, improve relationships, and increase a sense of freedom in their lives.
I also incorporate Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Depth Psychology to provide well rounded options for those with whom I work.
