My aspiration is to utilize my twenty-four years of clinical experience to create a collaborative and thoughtful plan of care for your mental health. I have experience working in community mental health settings and specialized in treating dual and complex mental health diagnoses at the Menninger Clinic. I also have post-graduate training in psychoanalysis.

This 6 week series for women includes 45 minute yoga classes which will incorporate the tenets of trauma-informed yoga, emphasizing choice and building body awareness. Trauma-Informed Yoga Community Class
You are invited to a trauma-informed yoga donations class most Saturday mornings 10-11 AM at the Ampitheater at Lake Park in Mueller Park. Each class will feature a trauma-recovery theme and emphasize somatic agency to deepen embodiment and nervous system regulation.
