I work with adolescents and adults who are interested in better managing their daily life. Whether it is anxiety, depression, life changes, traumatic or adverse experiences (recent or long ago event), or any similar concerns, my goal is to help you better manage the stress associated with it and live a happy, healthy life. I am currently available for evening and weekend virtual sessions.
I provide trauma-informed therapy, understanding that both negative and positive events shape who we are and will become. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) modalities.
