I am a clinical psychotherapist who treats depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. I have experience working collaboratively with clients navigating relationship issues within couples and families, while using a gentle, holistic approach to assess client concerns and inspire them to reach their highest potential.
While I use a multitude of approaches, my favorite type of therapy is Emergence, developed by Steven Paglierani. I frequently study this form of therapy with a community, because we all believe that the best learning is done with others, not alone. I am eager to help you feel like you're not handling all life's difficulties by yourself.

TF-CBT for Adults 18+ (Telehealth via Zoom)
Trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for those who have been exposed to traumatic events of varying degrees; typically, TF-CBT includes skill-building and narrative therapy components for children and their parents. This group will focus on the skill-based components that could be applied to adult populations who struggle with emotion identification, cognitive distortions, interpersonal relationships, coping skills, avoidance, and somatic difficulties. The group would focus on how to deal with these difficulties and reduce the feelings of shame, isolation, and stigma that can be experienced in the aftermath of traumatic events.
