Over the years, I have worked with clients who struggle with experiences related to trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and gender socialization/discrimination.

In my counseling work, I may draw upon a variety counseling methods; however, my specialties are Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. In efforts to support clients in between counseling sessions, I co-created a structured daily journal based on IFS entitled, "Living From Your Centered Self: An IFS Wisdom Journal."

Internal Family Systems Journaling Circle

Join us for a virtual 6-week IFS Journaling Circle to connect with your centered Self and help the wounded and overworked parts of you to heal. As we gather weekly, we will reconnect with our bodies, minds, and spirits through guided meditations, journaling and the sharing of our experiences and inner wisdom with one another.
