Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group
This is an ongoing free support group for people who are caregiving loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia. We meet twice a month (the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays) to share emotional support, resources, strategies for caregiving, and educational information.

Internal Family Systems Journaling Circle
Join us for a virtual 6-week IFS Journaling Circle to connect with your centered Self and help the wounded and overworked parts of you to heal. As we gather weekly, we will reconnect with our bodies, minds, and spirits through guided meditations, journaling and the sharing of our experiences and inner wisdom with one another.
