Hello! Thank you for prioritizing yourself. My main goal for therapy is developing a safe and healing relationship, as this relationship provides that support and encouragement you may need to feel confident achieving your goals. I work with you at your own pace, as you are the expert of your own experiences. I enjoy helping clients through a variety of different support needs, and I am especially passionate about helping people and their family members with chronic illness and disability needs, as disability does not exist in a vacuum. I also love supporting parents and new mothers to cope with stress and their inner critic.

I believe that a person is not defined by their problems, and that the “problem” at hand oftentimes moves past that person and falls within different social and systematic contexts. This creates a space free of judgment where intentional reflection occurs, oftentimes allowing you to give yourself grace and connection with others living under those systems.

I strive to create an affirming environment for folks of any sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression that is inherently anti-racist and anti-ableist. This happens within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework that focuses on mindfulness and self-compassion, but services are tailored to your needs.
