I specialize in supporting those who may be creative, intuitive, neurodivergent , or “outside the box” thinkers. Your strengths and interests can be such powerful resources for healing and understanding yourself. Trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, and other challenges can make it really hard to find direction for ourselves, and can impact our relationships.
Mental health is impacted by personal history, culture, and world events. We'll explore emotional patterns, connections, and interests that have been dormant or unattended to. My creative approaches lean toward emotional regulation skills, EMDR, sensory, mindfulness, liberation and self advocacy. I'm neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming as well.

Creative Block Support Group (On Zoom)
This group uses guided creative activities and human connection for self care, personal wellness, mental health. You can bring your own craft projects too. This group offers a chance to be with others in a safe and welcoming environment. We'll work together to forget the Zoom camera is there, and actually feel a relief to the isolation many of us feel these days. You can use it to help with social anxiety, loneliness, depression, or if you are hoping to break through a creative block and need extra support and accountability.
