Creative Block Support Group (On Zoom)

This group uses guided creative activities and human connection for self care, personal wellness, mental health. You can bring your own craft projects too. This group offers a chance to be with others in a safe and welcoming environment. We'll work together to forget the Zoom camera is there, and actually feel a relief to the isolation many of us feel these days. You can use it to help with social anxiety, loneliness, depression, or if you are hoping to break through a creative block and need extra support and accountability.
